We all remember the pain of not being seen or heard, being put down, alone, defeated, not accepted, rejected, criticized. We are all wounded at some level. Within the layers of pain lie repressed emotions, linear life plans, shrunken power and separation from our authentic self and others. This pain can stunt our life force with subconscious beliefs and behaviors, emotional and energetic blocks. It is so sad that our human programming promotes self-rejection and self-abandonment. The great news is that we can become aware of this defunct human programming and take action to uplevel our lives!
